3. Placing an Order

When you place an order on zenithoutfit.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the listed price. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email from us.

Please note:

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price at the time of your order will always be honoured.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability. You will be informed and fully refunded.
  • During sale periods or high-demand launches, stock may sell out quickly. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.

4. Pricing & Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available nationwide across Pakistan.
  • JazzCash — mobile wallet payment.
  • Easypaisa — mobile wallet payment.
  • Visa & Mastercard — debit/credit card payments via secure payment gateway (XPay by PostEx).
  • An exclusive discount is applied automatically at checkout when you choose any online payment method.

All online card payments are processed securely through our certified payment gateway. We do not store, access, or retain your card details at any point.

Zenith Outfit is not responsible for any transaction failures, bank charges, or payment gateway errors that are outside our control. Please contact your bank or payment provider in such cases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Our standard delivery timelines are:

  • Faisalabad: Within 2 hours (for orders placed before 6:00 PM) — FREE.
  • Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan): 2–3 working days — Rs. 200.
  • All other cities and towns: 3–5 working days — Rs. 200.

Free shipping is available on all orders above Rs. 1,000. Zenith Outfit is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Sale items, customised garments, innerwear, and sleepwear are non-returnable.
  • Defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything on our website — including our logo, brand name "Zenith Outfit", tagline "Art You Can Wear", product photographs, collection names, descriptions, and website design — belongs to ZENITH OUTFIT (Pvt.) Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our content, images, or branding for any commercial or personal purpose without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our brand identity will be taken seriously and may result in legal action.

8. Privacy & Your Data

We respect your privacy. When you shop with us, we collect your name, contact details, and delivery address solely to process and deliver your orders. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil your order, such as courier partners and payment processors.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zenith Outfit makes every effort to ensure our website, products, and services are of the highest quality. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, including courier failures, payment gateway issues, or force majeure events.

10. Online Payment Gateway — XPay by PostEx

For card-based online payments (Visa and Mastercard), we use XPay by PostEx as our certified payment gateway. By choosing to pay via card on our website, you agree to XPay's own terms and conditions in addition to ours.

Zenith Outfit does not store, view, or have access to your card number, CVV, or PIN at any time. All card transactions are encrypted and processed directly through XPay's secure, PCI-compliant system.

In case of any payment-related dispute, chargeback, or transaction failure involving your card, please contact XPay by PostEx directly or raise the issue with your bank. We will cooperate fully in resolving any genuine disputes.

11. Promotional Discounts & Offers

From time to time, we offer discount codes, launch offers, and promotional pricing. Please note:

  • Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Promotional prices apply only during the stated offer period.
  • We reserve the right to end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
